We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they make with bebabo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we welcome your return or exchange the product(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met

* the toy(s) were purchased from bebabo website.

* the toy(s) are new and unused with no signs of wear or use.

* any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.

* the item(s) has not been assembled or protective packaging removed.

* a copy of the original invoice is provided.

* items are not clearance items from our Sale page. 

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.

We will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within three months. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs in case of a refund. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed. Please email us for further details.

Please note that the only products that cannot be returned are clearance items from our Sale page. 

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@bebabo.co.nz and ask for a Returns Form.  Please attach the completed Returns Form to the outside of each item being returned.    

If you cannot print the Returns Form, please attach a note to the outside of the item, including details of the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and order number (if known).  

Send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns Form.  Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange.  We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service. 

Until an item is received at bebabo, it is your responsibility, if the package is lost we do not carry responsibility, so please use Track n Trace service!  

All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchase you made with bebabo. We check all items before we ship them. However, if you received defective or damaged products please don't worry! We'll do everything to deal with the situation efficiently and at no expense to you.

Defective or damaged items should be reported within 14 days of the original ship date.

If you have received an item as a gift, a refund will be given to the account originally charged or you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price.

We do our very best to avoid errors, but sometimes mistakes do happen, or packages may be damaged during shipment. If you receive an incorrect order, a package that is not yours, or is damaged, please contact us Monday through Friday between 9 am to 5 pm, so that we can help to resolve the problem. In the event that you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please call  call us within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped, we will help to change it or cancel your order and refund your method of payment.  If it has been shipped, you have the option to refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Once we receive your returned package, we will refund your method of payment. 

If you refuse a shipment from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package

You can easily check on the progress of your order by logging onto this site using your email address and password and clicking on 'My History' to see its current status or by logging onto our Courier's website and utilise their Track'n'Trace facility. If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location).

We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

Yes, but only if the delivery address is within New Zealand. If the delivery is outside of New Zealand please get in touch with us to get a shipping quote.

Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags so just give us your work or  freind's address and then you can take over from there.

All standard delivery orders will be attempted to be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained. However, in a situation where a signature cannot be obtained the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place, unless a signature has been specifically requested. Any special delivery instructions that have been entered in as part of the checkout process will be followed (ie. Leave in letterbox or at backdoor).

If you would prefer a signed delivery, please leave a note in the Delivery Instructions to let us know.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal. 

International customers are requested to use Pay Pal to check out. There is no need to have a Pay Pal account to check out with this method. A credit card may be used.
