Returns and Exchange Policy

At bebabo, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days, using one of the following methods:

Online Purchases

We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they make with bebabo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we welcome your return or exchange the product(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met


* the toy(s) were purchased from bebabo website.

* the toy(s) are new and unused with no signs of wear or use.

* any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.

* the item(s) has not been assembled or protective packaging removed.

* a copy of the original invoice is provided.

* items are not clearance items from our Sale page. 


Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.


We will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within three months. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs in case of a refund. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed. Please email us for further details.

Until an item is received at bebabo, it is your responsibility, if the package is lost we do not carry responsibility, so please use Track n Trace service!  

 

In-store Purchases

Return the item to your local store:

* The toy(s) were purchased from bebabo website.
* The toy(s) are new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
* Any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.
* The item(s) has not been assembled or protective packaging removed.
* Please take your receipt or bank statement with you as it will serve as proof of purchase
* Items are not clearance items.

If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered
